Every product is reviewed before being offered for sale, with attention to product condition, packaging, expiry dates where applicable, and overall selling suitability.

Skinhack Beauty does not sell counterfeit, opened, used, damaged, expired, or suspicious products.

Because packaging may vary between markets, batches, or brand updates, minor differences in labels, stickers, barcodes, language, or packaging design do not automatically indicate that a product is not original. However, any customer concern will be reviewed carefully by our support team.

If you have any concern about a product’s authenticity, packaging, expiry date, batch code, or condition, please contact us before using the product and provide:

Order number
Clear photos of the product and packaging
Photos of batch code, expiry date, barcode, QR code, or distributor label if available
A short explanation of your concern

Our team will review the case and respond through our official customer support channel.

For safety and hygiene reasons, please do not use any product that appears opened, leaking, damaged, expired, or suspicious.
