• Shipping and delivery: Delivery across Egypt: 1–7 business days. Cairo & Giza usually 1–3 days. Free shipping over 5000 EGP. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

• Payments: Cash on Delivery (COD) and Visa are available.

• Returns/Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If there is a problem with your order after delivery (wrong/missing/damaged/defective), contact us and we will resolve it by replacement or refund, as applicable.

• Skincare hygiene rule: For health and hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed skincare/cosmetic items are not eligible for return or exchange.
